Thanks to two separate cleaning units working independently, the machine cleans both the top and bottom surfaces of the profile simultaneously, minimizing cycle time. Its intelligent software, capable of automatically distinguishing between frame and sash profiles, eliminates operator errors and ensures uninterrupted production flow.

Developed in accordance with Industry 4.0 standards, the CN-EX 2 provides the user with complete control through its Windows-based industrial PC and large 19-inch color touch screen. The ergonomic kiosk-type control panel, which can be easily moved to any point of the machine, increases operator comfort. A comprehensive 11-piece tool set consisting of a profile cleaning saw, inner scraping knives, and cutters performs superiorly even on the most complex profile geometries. Specially designed blades ensure a perfect finish without damaging the profile during the cleaning process.

Assertive in durability and data security, the CN-EX 2 moves on a linear rail system specially coated against corrosion. Thanks to wireless network connection (Wi-Fi) and data transfer via USB, production recipes are easily uploaded, while the automatic backup option eliminates the risk of data loss. Capable of storing an unlimited number of different profile dimensions and specifications, this machine is the technological powerhouse of modern facilities.
